Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Email mymerrymenace@outlook.com with your order number before sending anything back. We’ll provide return instructions and the correct return address. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. You are responsible for return postage. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with photos so we can resolve it; your legal rights are not limited by an optional warranty purchase.

You can request a cancellation within 15 minutes of placing an order. We’ll confirm whether it can be stopped before fulfillment.

Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we’ll let you know the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days; your bank may take additional time to post them. If you have not received an approved refund after 15 business days, email us.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
